9 Thailand Students Join Sports Students Exchange in UNNES

Five public health students from Mahasarakham University Thailand and 4 Physical education students from Kasetsart University Thailand join Sports Student Exchange (SSE) program of Faculty of Public Health and Physical Education Batch XII in UNNES. This program has been held for two weeks since (10/5).

The 9 students are Teerisara Homecheungi, Kanchana Paenphet, Panisara Pathawong, Phiyada Phaethaisong and Pitchaphorn Wachirawongsanuwat from Public Health Department also Pliypairin Choonnoparat, Amonpak Nitipatikom, Natchaa Raksai and Supadee Somboon.

In this SSE program, the Thai students join the learning process in bilingual class of Public Health Science department and Sport Science UNNES. They also join some programs such as BIPA (Indonesian Cultural), Indonesian Socio-Cultural based Traditional Food, Environmental Quality Analysis, Basic of Occupational Safety and Health, Public Health Issues, Health Psychology, Physical Activity, Hockey and Pencak Silat.

The Dean of Sport Science Faculty UNNES, Prof Dr Tandiyo Rahayu was welcome by Vice Rector for Planning and Cooperation UNNES, Prof YL Sukestiyarno MS PhD in rector’s room Sekaran campus, Gunungpati on Monday (21/5).
In his speech, Prof YL Sukestiyarno said to the students to enjoy every program that they will join, from the beginning until the end.
